Good! I use it for prophylaxis, taking one tablet daily for a month. I have become calmer, and the pain and fatigue associated with PMS have disappeared. The combination of folic acid and vitamin B12 is excellent. I also appreciated the large quantity of tablets, allowing me to share with a friend and my mother. However, I believe that, during pregnancy or planning, a daily dose of one tablet may not suffice as suggested on the packaging—800mcg = 0.8mg. Always consult a doctor. Cheers to health!
